Hi Parents!

My name is Kayla Glenn, founder of HeyBaby. As a doula and lactation consultant with over a decade of experience with pregnant women and newborns, I am deeply committed to supporting women (and all new parents!) during one of the most transformative times in their lives. For as long as i can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by birth and the incredible power women have to bring life to Earth, driving me to empower expectant mothers with education, compassion, and unwavering support.

Born and raised in a community that valued both maternal health and social justice, I found inspiration in the stories of women overcoming challenges and advocating for themselves and their newborns.

My process is rooted in active listening and empathy, allowing each family's unique needs to guide our journey together. By providing evidence-based information and nurturing encouragement, I aim to ensure that every woman feels confident and capable as she embarks on her parenting path.
